Cookery Course

The purpose of our Cookery courses is to provide your domestic assistant with basic cookery skills where we encourage versatility and initiative when preparing food. We further attempt to instill hygienic habits in the kitchen while developing enthusiasm for cooking. Our cookery courses are very much practical courses, where each delegate is personally involved in the preparation of the dishes taught.

We have divided our cookery classes into two groups: Part 1 and thereafter, Part 2. Once our delegates have completed Cookery Part 1, we would recommend that they register and complete Cookery Part 2. We are also offering a new Mini Cookery course which covers weeks 1, 2 and 3 of our Cookery Part 1 course.
